Un simile diritto può derivare dalla legge o essere previsto espressamente dal contratto a favore di una delle parti. In quest'ultimo caso, il recesso (detto anche disdetta o denunzia) deve essere esercitato prima che abbia inizio l'esecuzione del contratto.

Vielen Dank für die Definition, das hat mir weiter geholfen, musste aber doch den dt. Satz umformulieren. In diesem Fall handelte es sich um eine Antragsänderung und nicht um einen Rücktritt. Aber so wusste ich wenigstens in welche Richtung weiter recherchieren.
