Im Endeffekt geht es schon um eine Art von "Gleichberechtigung", aber halt der Gläubiger, d.h. die anteilige Befriedigung aller Gläubiger (im Insolvenzrecht "par condicio creditorum") ...

"Unbeschadet" gefällt mir ehrlich gesagt nicht so gut, mir fällt aber im Moment nix Besseres ein ... vielleicht positiv umdrehen: "unter Wahrung der" .... weil das ist ja damit gemeint!

Im Endeffekt geht es nämlich schon um Gleichberechtigung, aber halt der Gläubiger ...
