Italian term or phrase: sollecitazione competitiva

Es geht in einem Vergleich darum, woher bzw. welche Aktiva der Gesellschaft für den Vergleich zur Verfügung stehen. In einem Punkt heißt es: "Liquidità già disponibile derivante dal corrispettivo della vendita - autorizzata ex art. 161 l.fall. all'esito di sollecitazione competitiva - dell'immobile sito in ...".

Ich kann hierfür leider auch nichts in meinen Wörterbüchern finden, obwohl ich vermute, dass es in Richtung Versteigerung der Immobile geht. Kann das jemand bestätigen oder bin ich auf dem Holzweg?
