Il *Commissario Straordinario* comunica che il signor Giudice Delegato dott. XXX, con decreto depositato presso la Cancelleria Fallimentare in data odierna, ha reso esecutivo lo stato passivo dei crediti e lo stato passivo delle domande di rivendica della procedura in epigrafe, ai sensi dell'articolo 97 L.F.

Troike/Mariani liefert "Sonderkommissar", dafür aber bei Google fast ausschließlich Treffer aus Österreich, der Schweiz und Südtirol.
Im Italienischen wird Enrico Bondi (Parmalat) als "commissario straordinario" bezeichnet. Ist es also gleichbedeutend mit "Insolvenzverwalter" oder ist doch "Sonderkommissar" vorzuziehen?

Und ist "lo stato passivo" die Insolvenztabelle?

Ich habe dir leider keine Übersetzungsmöglichkeit für Commissario Straordinario, aber
*l'esecutività dello stato passivo* bedeutet "Vollstreckbarkeit des Schuldenstandes" oder "Schlusstermin",
*lo stato passivo* ist der "Schuldenstand, Schuldenmasse"
Ich hoffe, das hilft auch.
