E "Beweisführung" qui non c'entra niente. "contingente" significa anche "nebensächlich" che escluderei in questo contesto. Direi che "zufällig" -contingente (Filos.) - sia più indicato. Text Explanation: l'acquisto contingente = die entsprechende Bestellung, der entsprechende Einkauf; d. h. die Argumentation ist ausgerichtet auf die ihr entsprechende Bestellung; besser vielleicht umgekehrt: jeder Einkauf hat die ihm entsprechende spezifische Argumentationslogik. Explanation: Vorrei fare un'altra proposta per acquisto contingente: oltre "zufällig", come dice Giuliana, oppure "unvorhergesehen" c'è anche la possibilità di capire contingente come "Kontingent" (vedi Langenscheidt), Kauf-Kontingent in questo caso. ...Die spezifische Argumentation (sono d'accordo con Giuliana)ist eine Ansammlung von Argumenten bezüglich des Kaufskontingent/die das Kaufkontingent betreffen. Kontingent si usa parecchio in tedesco, anche con altre parole: Kontingent(s)zuweisung, addirittura kontingentieren (s. Duden): Si definisce come "anteilig zu erbringende Menge, Leistung, Anzahl)cioè la quantita che si vuole raggiungere. Il contesto dovrebbe togliere il dubbio quale significato è più adatto.
