Im Netz habe ich mehrfach gefunden, dass "cantieristica" einfach unübersetzt gelassen wurde, weil es z. B. die "Bauindustrie" oder den "Bau" allgemein bezeichnet und das im Deutschen in der Form nicht umsetzbar ist.

Tiefbau würde ich für "stradale" nicht verwenden, da Tiefbau zu allgemein ist und auch andere, über die Straßen hinausgehende Leistungen umfasst.
Je nach Kontext - da bin ich mit Heike einverstanden - könnte man die "Baustellen" auch weglassen und nur von "Hoch- und Straßenbau" sprechen.
