La seconda immagine mostra il viso dopo l'intervento di rinoplastica.

Attraverso una elaborazione delle foto è possibile simulare il naso operato, quindi vedere in anteprima il risultato dell'operazione di rinoplastica ed evidenziare l'entità della correzione da compiere in sala operatoria.

Nella foto accanto è possibile notare ***in trasparenza*** l'entità della correzione ed il profilo del naso che si otterrà con l'intervento di rinoplastica. Il paziente può quindi avere un'immagine di come sarà il proprio naso dopo l'operazione di rinoplastica già durante la visita pre-operatoria.

eher sachlich im Deutschen, das "durchsichtige" würde ich weglassen weil es aus dem Kontext hervorgeht, dass man die Bilder vergleichen kann

Explanation:
Meine Interpretation wäre: Die Vorher-/Nachher-Fotos werden vielleicht übereinandergelegt und gegen das Licht betrachtet. Dabei wird der Unterschied zwischen der "alten" und "neuen" Nase noch deutlicher.
Im Langenscheidt steht zudem folgender Übersetzungsvorschlag für "in trasparenza":
guardare qcs. in trasparenza = etw. gegen das Licht betrachten

Hallo Miriam, Durchlichtaufnahmen kenne ich von der Zahnmedizin her, aber ich denke dass sie auch bei Schönheitsoperationen geläufig sind. Kannst ja nochmal danach googeln.
