ich glaube, man muss hier mehr "hineingeben" als geschrieben ist, um in deutscher Sprache einen Sinn zu finden, also nicht nur Kraft (sondern z.B. Bremskraft)

In diesem Zusammenhang vielleicht wie auf Seite http://www.goodyear.de/service/V8STAR/v8star.htm
beschrieben:
"Die sehr verwindungssteife Karkasse der Reifen ist in moderner Radialtechnik gefertigt, bei dem die Fasern im rechten Winkel zur Laufrichtung liegen. "
(Ist nur eine Möglichkeit, die natürlich zu prüfen wäre...)

forza puntuale: in der Physik spricht man von "Kraft im Punkt", "Kraft, die im Punkt x angreift". (Habe allerdings auch hier nicht weiter recherchiert) daher bestenfalls als Anregung.
