Explanation:
Non so se è la stessa cosa di Gästebuch. Directory è però Verzeichnis. Se no sarebbe Guest Book. Te lo propongo come alternativa alla valanga sopra :-)))). Se non si tratta di albergo, ma di affitto di appartamenti:

....ein Gästeverzeichnis zu führen, in das der Name des Wohnungsgebers und die genaue Lagebezeichnung der Unterkunft, Vor- und Zuname, Alter der beherbergten Personen sowie die Anschrift ihrer Hauptwohnung, An- und Abreisetag, Befreiungsgründe, soweit diese vorliegen, innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Ankunft des Gastes einzutragen sind. Die Durchschriften der Vordrucke zur Anmeldung von Kurbeitragspflichtigen gelten als Gästeverzeichnis. Sie sind entsprechend ihrer fortlaufenden Nummerierung abzuheften. Das Gästeverzeichnis ist fünf Jahre ab Beginn des auf die Eintragung folgenden Kalenderjahres aufzubewahren.....
