Ich hatte jetzt noch kurz überlegt, ob das doc hier allgemeiner gemeint gewesen sein könnte, der Prosecco als solcher als geschützte Bezeichnung, aber auf der Seite geht es ja eindeutig um die DOC-Kategorie, weder um IGT noch um DOCG.

agree  Regina Eichstaedter: einfach "Prosecco Weine DOC" - bei Eigennamen vermeide ich den Bindestrich

  -> aber dann mit Bindestrich. Ansonsten, wie gesagt, kommt drauf an, auch ob man DOC erläutern sollte/möchte etc.
