Es la piadina. El Babilon no lo traduce.
Es un tipo de pan:
Piadina

La Piadina o piada es un pan plano elaborado con harina de trigo de origen italiano, típico de las provincias de la Romagna (Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna y Rimini). La piedina posee diversas asociaciones que vigilan la elaboración, los contenidos y los grosores una de ellas es: "l'Associazione per la valorizzazione della Piadina Romagnola", "l'Associazione per la promozione della Piadina Romagnola" y el "Comitato per la valorizzazione della piada riminese com'era e dov'era". Se suele marcar con unas iniciales: IGP y denominación es: Piadina Terre di Romagna y Piada Romagnola di Rimini, la diferencia entre ellas es el espesor y las dimensiones."
