Italian to Spanish translations [PRO]
Medical - Insurance / insurance
Italian term or phrase: orfellino/-i
I've found this word in a French text on medical insurance for Switzerland, I guess it might be an Italian influence but since I can't speak Italian, I need your help to know whether it makes sense.
It might be related to "orphans" but I'm not sure.
Thanks in advance.

It sounds a bit like "little orphan", but in correct Italian that would have been spelled like "Orfanellino".

The final "i" is a masculine plural.

"Orfellino" is not really an Italian word, if we look after meaning :)

Hope it helps,
