Gracias, en realidad tenìa que traducir también "si tira avanti" que en Italiano se parece mucho a "voy tirando". Asì que he decidido traducir "Ci si arrangia=Me las arreglo" y "Si tira avanti= Voy tirando".

Sobre todo porque el verbo "tirando2 en ciertos paises de América LAtina es una mala palabra que no se puede usar.
También se podría decir simplemente
"más o menos", o "se hce lo que se puede", etc.
