情報の「持ち出し」で検索すると、take out、transport、removeがヒットするのですが、ほかに適訳はないでしょうか?またここでremoveとすると、「削除」の意味にはならないのでしょうか?

動詞のままでも、so that data will not be taken off-premises unnecessarily (Not taken が入る「否定文」の方が、so that data will be taken off-premises only when necessaryより良いと思います)など、色々と表現できます。なお、off premises がtaken のすぐ後に来る文がある場合は、全てを off-premises にした方が分かりやすいですね。

agree  Patrick Hideo Kirby: "Taking" or "removal" seem to fit better rather than "deletion" 削除, since the data is still being used, but in a different location. Also, these words have more of a nuance of doing something "without permission", so perhaps better here than "transfer"
