Just「末尾に. . .」 would be 'postfix' of 'suffix' and in correspondence (letters email i.e.: 「末尾に ...」) would mean "in the end" or "in closing".

In your case however, it is 「Xの末尾に」I would translate it as: "at the end of the filename. . ." For more info, please see the examples below.
