Explanation:
きすはいくつか訳があるようですが、whiting としておきました。
これを例によって小麦粉、溶き卵とくぐらせてゆき、最後に春雨を細かく砕いたものでまぶして揚げたものです。
細かく砕くcrashedとしましたが、適当な長さに切る（私のやり方は砕きます。春雨は乾燥していて、ぱりぱりですので）ので、cut としてもよいと思います。

あなたの一連の質問はみな変わったてんぷらの作り方のようですが、実際にはフライの感じですね。
でもてんぷらは日本料理の代表のひとつになっていますので、tempuraということばをいれると英語人間にはわかりやすくなると思います。
