単に面発光であればsurface light emitting (diode) のはずですが、全面と面とは区別しているのでしょうか。もし区別するのであればwhole surface light emitting かと思いますが、用例はごく少ないです。

私の知っている限りでは「全」は有っても無くても同じものを指していて、英語ではSLEDだと思います。
