Fish name. For example I have found out that シルバー is used for Silver Warehou (Seriolella Punctata) and キング is Ling (Genypterus Blacodes) so what is English (and maybe Latin) for the above.

There are a lot of candidates possible for this, but given silver warehou for context, this seems reasonable. BTW, pink ling seems common for Genypterus Blacodes, though I haven't searched much on it.
