feeling a little excited Explanation: It's hard to say without more context but feeling a little excited/stirred up/nervous/nervy/expectant/anxious I think excited is the best fit to be honest but hopefully others will have different suggestions. |

A Touch of Bliss Explanation: Taking your context into account, and after taking a quick look at said blog, I felt that this might be a good option. I think the ワクワク気分 that you are referring to isn't so much excitement as it is happiness. When you make something neat or discover a cool little doodad in a thrift shop, you feel a happy kind of excitement. Bliss is a state of extreme happiness, but by using "a touch of bliss" you are implying that all of these little things are contributing to a blissful life, little by little. I think it fits the overall theme of your posts and the atmosphere of the blog, and I think it would be much easier to tie into your subtitle than something more along the lines of "excitement." Just an option for you. |
