A brief check on the Internet seems to indicate that 尊卑族 does not include spouses or siblings (I could be wrong....) So one suggestion would be to put "Immediate family" followed by an explanation in brackets to specify the actual family members this is supposed to encompass. Eg. "immediate family (where this refers to the employee's parents, grandparents, children and/or grandchildren)", or "immediate family (where this refers to the 2 younger and/or older generations of the employee's direct family members)". If space is an issue, though, this may be problematic...
