Reference: Circulality

Reference information:
Sorry, I can't put this in fancier English.

円への充足度= circulality. I'm not sure if this term can be used here but I think that's what it means.

A circularity factor that is calcurated from a cross section of the fiber. A percentage of corss sections that have the factor of 1.8 or less.

neutral  Derek Newpor (X): I have never heard of 'circularity' but perhaps 'ovality' would be a safer translation.

agree  Raitei: Cross-section ratio with a circularity coefficient of 1.8 or less derived from the cross-sectional shape of a single fiber.
