久藤村 美津
旧 藤村 美津 (former: Mitsu Fujimura)

Explanation:
Can,
Do you think it's possible that this is a typo?
旧 and 久 has the same reading (kyuu), and if one types quickly, the word processor or the person can easily make a mistake.
Is it possible that Mitsu Fujimura is a former officer (I guess the exact title follows his name)?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Clever, but I don't think it's likely. The pamphlet I'm translating has this person and the Chief Director liasted on the back. I can't imagine why they would list a previous officer, and besides, she was identified the following year as the Principal in a description of a seminar she attended.
