the tire cord arch

Explanation:
反 = curve, bend, curvature, arch

Babelinquist, the below website talks about the tire arch (in tire construction)

You had mentioned above that "反り(そり)という意味でもなさそうです。反物という語感がしますが" ...
反物 = fabric
The below website talks about the tire fabric:

The article with the holtzrubber site (above) talks about a modified arch, single arch, double arch, etc. in tire construction.

Doing some cutting and pasting:
..."The use of polyester tire cord and the modified arch construction provides greater overall performance than previous designs."...

So it appears to be a combination of the tire cord and the arch in the construction.

Also, "calendering" is a process used in tire making as used in your word above (スチールコードカレンダー反.) The word can be found in the "freepatentsonline" website that I pasted above for you.

生 would be from 生 (zuru) = produce, yield, create, give rise to, ...
反り(そり) = "sori" means arch, curve, curvature.
反(rasu) "sorasu" means is the verb for bend, warp. (all from my Nelson Japanese-English Dictionary)

I'm not a tire expert--I just buy tires--but it's fascinating to delve into the details.
