Japanese term or phrase: 光軸回りに15度左にずれている
It is regarding a headlight of an automobile. I thought this could be translated as:
"... is displaced by 15 degrees to left around the light axis." But,. I'm not so sure if "around" is correct in this case and also want to know if "displaced" is an appropriate term in this case, too.
