Japanese term or phrase: エタノール不溶解分
This term is listed in a table of values, so I don't have a full sentence to provide context. Would this refer to the percentage of insoluble ethanol in a mixture, or would it be the percentage of ethanol that is insoluable?

the amount of insoluved portion into ethanol
Explanation:
I am not sure because the unit for this "amount" or so is not indicated herein. But I think as a chemist "エタノール不溶解" insists that some substance under study is partially insolved into ethanol, i.e., partially ethanol solble substance. Ethanol is a liquid, which means ethanol is a solvent for a solute in a mixture in some cases.
