Hello

I'm subtitling a video and they speak of a Japanese dish but I can't catch the name.

The video is at

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DykhHvVlYwk

and the sentence starts

"Year 6 cooked ????" at around 0m 53 seconds into the video.

Can anyone kindly help please with a transliteration (English alphabet)

Thanks

Okonomiyaki and yakisoba

Explanation:
Year 6 cooked okonomiyaki and yakisoba...

Okonomiyaki = like a pancake but including cabbage and usually some sort of meat (pork, squid, etc.), topped by special sauce and mayonnaise, with sprinkles of dried fish skin and seaweed on top. May sound disgusting to some, but even my picky kids love it!

Yakisoba = fried soba noodles, usually mixed w/cabbage and perhaps shredded carrots, etc.

Hope this helps!
