agree  Naikei Wong: I'd a guess on that too, but wasn't bold enough to venture an answer. This usage is very Japanese! In this context, the preceeding half of the sentence (not shown here) says growth has slacked lately... so, it doesn't seem to be a market capacity issue

  -> Thanks, Naikei.

Saturated

Explanation:
“Saturation” (saturated, come to a saturation point/state) is my preference for the term “一巡” here. “Saturation” is, as Business dictionary. Com says, in Advertising, Marketing & Sales and Economics, Politics and Society subjects:

Example sentence(s):
  • e.g. “Even though the market growth seems to have come to a saturation point but mobile number portability (MNP) to churn other's subscribers, mobile TV enabled device delivery, and design centric device trend drive the mobile market in ...”

Asker: Thank you, kokuritsu san and cinefil san. I had found "saturated" and "loop back" I think saturated suits better :-))

...may have run its course

Explanation:
I am pretty sure Leochan is correct in saying that 観 ought to be 感.
