国優

English translation: tax-free small-sum public bond holdings system

Japanese to English translations [Non-PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Banking
Japanese term or phrase: 国優
This is on a bank account report form, listing different types of accounts, including curent checking, "regular", loan, etc., each of which is followed by an account number. In this case, nothing follows these, but 国優 appears to the right of 債券, there is an acount number, followed by several tabs than 国優, then 特優 on the next line.

Any help would be most appreciated!

English translation:tax-free small-sum public bond holdings system
Explanation:
I think this is a public bond version of マル優, which would more often be called 特別マル優 or マル特. 国 of 国優 probably means 国債 or government bonds. Hopufully this answer is not too late.
