Is this saying that neither party can use all or any of their rights as collateral? Here is the whole phrase of the Non-disclosure agreement. 甲および乙は、相手方の書面による事前の同意なしには、本契約に基づくいかなる権利および義務の全部または一部を第三者に移転または譲渡、もしくは担保の用に供してはならない。
