Japanese term or phrase: コートニユータウン
Name of a housing development advertised to students in Tokyo. I assume the last 6 kana should be translated New Town, but I can't figure out how to translate Kouto.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

agree  sak1234: I agree with this. 'コート' came from 'court' in most case for apartment. It is a common Japanized English. But it can be the other word by the rental owner's idea. Some building owners will look forward some words from a dictionary to name their buildings.
