This is a list non-conformances in some construction work in a nuclear power plant.
I tried looking for ｹｰﾝｸ but the closest i could get was the name Koenecke. A drain named after this person?? I guess am on a completely wrong track. Please help

Reference information: There is a person called "Köhncke, C" who has published some papers in German regarding safety after a nuclear reactor incident, so I suppose he (or she) may have invented some sort of drain that is used in a nuclear power station. However I can't find any mention of such a drain anywhere.
