(O) Kirei desu ne. / (O) Niai desu yo.

Explanation:
I am assuming, from your other question about "hello, how can I help you?" that you might be wanting to use it in a situation like clothing retail. Please disregard this if my guess was wrong.

<Situation: you are a clothes shop keeper and you're helping a customer, telling them how beautiful they look (in that dress/suit).>
You would say:

* (O) Kirei desu ne.
* (O) Kirei desu yo.

You can leave the "O" too. "O" just adds to the level of politeness. There are so many other ways to say "you are beautiful" in so many different situations, and maybe other are willing to help you how to say it in those other situations.

You can\'t leave out the \"O\" if you are going to say \"Oniai desu yo\". Sorry, that \"(O) Niai desu yo\" at the top is something I was going to erase but forgot to.

君、きれいだね。 (Kimi-Kireidane)

Explanation:
a take from COMPLETELY different angle, but here it is.

Kimi kireidane is a sort of gentlemanly, yet very intimate way of saying "you are beautiful". The use of this is not recommended for children.

how's this for a pickup line!

君の父さんは天文学者なの?
Kimi no tousan wa tenmon gakusya nano?
(is your father an astronomer?)

[you will probably hear the answer "no", followed by "why?"]

じゃあ、なぜ僕は君の瞳に星の輝きを見るの?
jya, naze boku wa kimi no hitomi ni kagayaki wo miruno?
[then why do I see the glitter of stars in the your eyes?]

is this in anyway relevant to the subject on hand? what the heck do you think - NO!

    Cheers to all the loving couples!
