The rest of the scene is a television program being filmed in a studio. This sentence signals the beginning of filming. I was thinking it should be "title call" but I'm not entirely sure what that means in English and the dictionaries aren't helping me today!
Gemma, you wrote タイトルコール(title call) in the term box and タイトコール(tight call) in the context. Which one is correct? Are you sure you can't give one or two more context sentences, however unrelated they might seem?
