If you compare these Kazakh phrases with the parallel Russian phrases, you will see that the word you are looking for means "daytime", "noon", etc.
But I do not understand what does it mean in your context.
Maybe it means the the form of education (vs "evening"? )

In Russian, \"full-time attendance\" is literally \"daytime education\" (dnevnoe obuchenie). I think that this term (as well as many other terms) came from Russian language.
In this case, this stamp in the ID card means that the student is a full-time student.
