Fórmula latina que se emplea jurídicamente para calificar aquellos derechos cuyos efectos se producen con relación a todos, diferenciándose de los que sólo afectan a persona o personas determinadas. Así, los derechos reales, en general, son "erga omnes"; mientras que los derechos personales son relativos, pues se ejercen siempre frente a deudor o deudores determinados.
