Lithuanian to English translations [PRO]

Lithuanian term or phrase: išklotinė
People have been going crazy for išklotinė with all sorts of meanings, such as at the bottom of http://www.lietuvospilys.lt/data/P-rusys.htm and at http://www.lietuvospilys.lt/data/tiltas-krosnis.htm. My text is 'pamato liekanų planas ir pamato PR išklotinė šurfe 8', which I presume is the same thing. The answers at http://www.proz.com/kudoz/lithuanian_to_english/construction... do not seem appropriate in this instance as I think this will be a picture of the wall - either a photo ora drawing, not a map-type image and so not a layout since a layout would not be SE. 'Image' is bandied about, but I do not understand the difference in that case between išklotinė and vaizdas. Although it is possible that both are translated image, usually one term or the other needs to be modified.

Explanation:
Initially I would probably go for 'a wall plan', as it appears in the answers to that earlier KudoZ question, because it coincides with the notion of 'išklotinė' which has been stuck in my mind since school times (http://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/cube-model.html). Having looked at the pictures from Lietuvos pilys in your question and not having found an actual plan as such in them, I would risk using 'a close-up view', for example, 'a close-up view of the southern section of the northern wall'.
