In my lengthy life (☺) I have served in both the local Scouts and Australijos lietuvių skautai. Although it was a long time ago, I think my memory serves me that the Skautininkas is in charge of the Tuntas (Troop), so the Paskautininkas would be Deputy Troop Leader.

In my lengthy life (☺) I have served in both the local Scouts and Australijos lietuvių skautai. Although it was a long time ago, I think my memory serves me that the Skautininkas is in charge of the Tuntas (Troop), so the Paskautininkas would be Deputy Troop Leader.
