Most probably the name is Žara (pronounced zhaRA), which means dawnlight (or the weak light which can be seen at the sunrise and the sunset).
Names with the meaning of natural phenomena are quite common in Lithuanian,
e.g. Aušra - Dawn, Saulė - Sun (feminine in Lithuanian), Rasa - Dew and so on.
I've never heard of Sara (the Lithuanian form of Sarah) being given to a Lithuanian girl.

Good answer. My wife, Angele (Angela) is in labor right now
and we will name the baby Zara Elizabeth Budreika if a girl
and Victor Edward Budreika if a boy.

We know Zara is very uncommon a name in Lithuanian, precisely why we like it. I did not know if it was sunset
or sunrise light related - you say it is BOTH!

Angele's deceased grandmother, Eugenia Breimeris, used the word
while she was still living with us here in San Diego,
California, survived by Felix Breimeris, her husband.
