I'm really having a problem translating a phrase within a paragraph. This is part of a Surat Perakuan Taliq, where the husband promises not to abandon his wife for four months or more or cause harm to her physical body, etc. Unfortuantely, I'm not familiar with Islamic law and I am having trouble with most of the rest of this phrase, particularly the part where "sabit" is used. I would gladly hand over 100 KudoZ points for help with this....if only I could figure out how to do it.
"...kemudian is mengadu kepada Mahkamah Syariah dan apabila SABIT aduannya di sisi Mahkamah Syariah, dan ia memberi kepada Mahkamah Syariah, yang menerima bagi pihak saya satu ringgit maka pada katika itu tertalaq ia dengan cara talaq khul'."

In this context, it is to acknowledge that the lady has made a complaint to the Syariah court and if the courts accepts her complaint, she will have to pay RM1 to obtain her divorce.
