By itself terselit means inserted or wedged. So Im guessing if you are referring to a problem in pregnancy it would be a tubal pregnancy or a breech birth.

previa - placenta previa

This relates to the position of the placenta, thus affecting greatly the condition of the baby in the womb. There are three types, depending on how much of the cervix it covers. This is a complication in pregnancy.
Therefore 'terselit' - positioning of the baby in relation to the placenta and the cervix opening.
