байхаа (baihaa) is a a colloquial form of байх (baih) and means "perhaps, probably".
байгаа (baigaa) is a participle which can have a lot of meanings depending on its context and its place in the grammatical structure.
If it follows a verb in a conditional form (нөхцөлт үйл үг), then it creates various tenses in the continuous and perfect forms.
Би бичиж байгаа - I am writing
Би бичээд байгаа - I have written (or I am writing)
Би бичин байгаа - I am writing
Би бичсээр байгаа - I am still writing, I am writing continuously.
Also it may mean something/somebody exists or something/somebody is available or present.
