Hei! I have the sentence below in a translation, the patient admitted for day surgery is suffering from the following:

"Han er i det daglige plaget av smerter i mediale delen av kneet samt retropatellart."

I can't pinpoint what is meant by "retropatellart" here. Is it an abbreviation, or possibly just a typo? Could anyone shed any light?
