Norwegian term or phrase: kompensasjon

Sentence: "Heving overfor Utleier kan Leietaker kun kreve i den utstrekning Utleier på side har rett til og faktisk får gjennomført tilsvarende heving overfor leverandøren, d.v.s. at Utleier faktisk **mottar kompensasjon som holder Utleier skadesløs i forhold til Leietakers heving.**"

I have translated the section marked out here as follows: " that the Lessor **shall actually receive compensation which will indemnify him against termination by the Lessee.**"

But is this correctly interpreted? The the lessor will receive compensation which will indemnify him against the lessee trying to terminate their agreement?
