Piece work crew task. Explanation: Hi, akkordlønn is basically a part of the piece work system where the employee is paid by the results of their work, and akkordtaker is the employee which gets paid according to the piece work system. So depending on the context, you can chose between differential piece work system and straight piecework system, there is also a system that combines the akkord system with the more common system based on time. Akkordlaget is a word that is made up of akkord and laget, meaning time piece crew/team, which probably means that the wages gets based on the combined work of the team or crew. I've added a link in Norwegian about the akkord system and one in English. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 days (2015-04-01 01:51:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Went slightly too fast for me in the early hours, the answer should've been: Piecework team task.
