In connection with a bridging loan, where the company uses a ship under construction as security:
Lånerammen oppstår etter kjølstrekk hvor banken får pant i skipet.
The borrowing limit is established according to the keel draft, where the bank is given the ship as security. This is obviously not quite right - can anyone help?
