Norwegian term or phrase: det er slet ingen græie paa dem
On the back of a list of names/dates, written in Norway in the late 19th or early 20th century: "Disse Datumer fik vi en dag ifra Prestefruen det er slet ingen græie paa dem men det gaar nu for det samme at sende dem.

English translation:they're all over the place
Explanation:
In your example it means the names and dates are in no particular order, not organised, "all over the place". There are probably a multitude of ways to express a similar meaning in English - this is just my two cents.
