Norwegian term or phrase: tildelingsbrevet
In the sentence

I tildelingsbrevet for 2011 fra Kulturdepartementet var oppfølgingen av betalingsformidlingsforbudet et særlig satsingsområde for Lotteritilsynet

I am inclined towards Award Letter, but I think there must be a more precise phrase. Thanks!

agree  Per Bergvall: A native Bulgarian, living in Iceland, specialised in IT translations between English and Norwegian ... some people might find that a bit of a stretch.
