Someone who has ingested detergent and, among other things,
'tungen hans fått kraftig etseskade slik at den er naermest blitt amputert fortil.... vanskeligheter med å fonere. Det er fremdeles også trangt for luftpassasje, men han klarer å bruke en *helpropp* noe, men ikke over lengre tid.
Some sort of plug?
Does the record say anything about whether the patient is intubated or not? If the patient requires some sort of respiratory support this "helpropp" ("full/whole plug") might refer to the cuff on the tube.
