The Gardner's field

Gartner = Gardner
a "Løkke" usually denotes a vacant lot, or small field, so "Gartnerløkka" is probably the local name of a site/field belonging to a market garden
Also, the CD title is probably:
'Våre Beste Barnesanger'

Note added at 2003-04-02 12:15:04 (GMT)

\'Våre Beste Barnesanger\'= \'Our Best Children\'s Songs\'
