see comments Explanation: Hello Rob, Tore is a common male first name in Norway. Rørtveit is his family name. Could be the name of the farm/village his family still live or came from. So the translation would be: Tore om seg selv = Tore about himself Tore er rett og slett Tore = Tore is simply Tore Ingen ved siden = (directly translated) Nobody next to/beside, Here I think it´s part of a sentence which could be: Ingen ved siden, ingen over. ("Nobody at his level, nobody is better") Used to describe/express the uniqueness of a person. Could be used in a positive way, but also to describe the bad habits of a person (a person being somewhat chaotic but still worth loving)....... I wish you good luck !
